Oh, I knew that... I don't like getting emails. But if I reply to the thread, I can check just check "show new replies to your posts" to find out if anyone has added to the discussion. That's all ;) It cuts out the extra step of having to check my email too.

I've changed my vote to Zappa (hoping that it will keep several of you happy...). If it doesn't get voted in this time, we'll never hear the last of it!

yeah, voted Zappa too. Now this may surprise some people, but I PERSONALLY don't like Zappa's stuff in the slightest. But I'm ready for my head and ears to be turned by this Fest, and hoping you nutters out there can come up with the goods and teach an old hen some new tricks.
If Zappa does triumph in the poll, will tracks he produced (not performed) be allowed for inclusion?

"I'm going to the dance to get some action, then I'm going home to bed" I love that line!!!!!!! Great song choice Jim, that some good Zappa there.  You would almost think Henny is the bastard love child of old Zappa himself by listening to his music.  Surely you are Henny, aren't you?

Alternate Tunings: CAUTION: your fingers have to be in different places

Nope. I really don't like it.
The single most biggest influence on my 'music', believe it or not, is Mike Oldfield. 5 -7 notes. Bad singing. Manic depressive. Repetition. Insecurity. One trick pony.

My thoughts exactly !! At least your productions have very much in common with mr Z. But then, my production is very influenced by Zappa, but I don't think it is very evident in what you hear :) Apart from that I love his music, his production is a thing I admire him for. Same with you mr H
