Thanks Jim!  Trying to get into the groove...  Have part of the morning free before I travel to the Village of Golovin this afternoon to start a project - now that Spring in northwest Alaska is allllmost here (maybe).....

Take care!!!

If this is "raw" Diego, it doesn't sound it! It has a lovely laid back feel about it and the solo guitar is really, really sweet. Some nice unexpected chord changes going on there as well. The vox fit really nicely and the soundscape is just a clever touch (you know I like that kind of thing a lot!). For me it works well as it is. Congas might be a bit much, perhaps all it needs is a little bit of a shaker or something like that if you want to add some percussion.

Cheers,

Nigel

Oh, yeah, I knew this was going to be a winner when I first heard it a few weeks ago. I played it quite a bit. Now with those great vox, it's going back in the PiePod!!

I love it!  8)

You did extremely well with this, and I think you should try to stay on top of that 900 more! I know it's tough to find time to record, but we really miss you around here. Stay in touch!

This is a lovely tune.  If you don't mind my saying, I think it would be even more improved by adding a bit of light drums and bass to the arrangement.  That would fill it out nicely like icing on the cake, but it works well as it is too.

Muy Bueno, Amigo!!

Thanks Nigel, Mark and John!

I added the rythm guitar in a hotel...  Kept wanting to do so much with it when I got back home.

I know what you mean Nigel --- I tried to add congas to it, but one things is for sure, trying to keep timing and finding the right beat = not quite there.  Need to do some more thinking about how I want to lay the tracks, and need to push myself to using a metronome to get my timing, and quit daydreaming while I am recording.....

John - I am still trying to add the bass, but when i laid the rythm was not paying attention @ the time structure.  But for sure would love to still add a deep bass on it.  So, may re-arrange things a bit, and even adding additional changes like maybe some bridging.

Mark ==> Yeah, i guess you did have the raw deal...  I think it has aged a bit, but still not at the point I want it to be - picky aren't I!

Take care folks!!!
