SD Card Promotion--Problem?

I just received my free 1GB SD card from Roland with an enclosed instruction sheet that says that this memory card includes "four micro tracks...alternate voice over tracks...Boss product catalog...etc". 

However, when I try to access the card, I get the "Unformatted!" message.  Has anyone else received this freebie and did it contain the above data? If other folks have received cards which display this data, what is likely to be my problem?

The SD card that came with the Micro BR continues to work just fine.

I didn't receive that SD card so I'm really not a great help.

One thing, are you trying to acess it on the PC using an SD card reader?  Or  are you trying to acess it using the Micro BR connected to the PC via USB? When you try to acess it on the Micro BR without being connected to the PC does it works fine?

If other folks have received cards which display this data, what is likely to be my problem?

Maybe the metal tips on the card are dirt or scratched, have you tried to clean it with a soft tissue? Try to switch the write and read protection too, doesn't harm and may help in some way.
