Hello folks! I haven't been around here in quite a while, but I've been working on some new tracks, so hopefully I'll be more involved in the near future. Anyhow, I've been working on one song in particular that I need some tech advice with.

I just got a new amp that has an XLR out to record through. I've got it plugged in to the line in of the MBR. The MBR recieves a stereo signal from my amp. Now here's the problem. I'm trying to pan the stereo tracks (T3V1 and T4V1) to be on the left side of the spectrum. When I set it to do this, after I begin recording the pan of both tracks is automatically switched to L50 R50. Changing the parameters post-record takes the track away gradually until there's no sound at all. I'm confused and a little frustrated. Please help a brother out. I know it's probably something simple, but I haven't used my BR in a while, and the manual doesn't give any tips.

Hi,

Have you tried splitting the control of the tracks so that you are dealing with two effectively mono tracks rather than a stereo pair?
