This song is trying to tell a story of how we are of one. Our spirits have been divided as we go through are normal day to day. But in the end as one again. Searching for the sun can be searching for that perfect blend of sounds our souls long to hear and of what we will when we are gone. WIP...

Thanks for taking a listen and most of all thanks LG for taken the time.

Why don't we do it on the road?

lg

I love all you all! And it was/is entirely my pleasure to
'take the time' [delight in the time....is more like it], to
Add my 2 cents worth to your phenomenal creations
Mike [Holdempok]....!
This truly is a work in process people, because as we
grow through our lives we begin to see how indeed we
truly are one!

The backwards vocals evoke thoughts of native American culture... maybe the movie stereotypical ones, but nonetheless.... it seems more spiritual or 'in tune' because of it.
I liked the guitars and the vocal melody is very good as well.

Trippy, but very cool!!  Yes i can hear that Native American war cries in there, sounds great!  This would be a great sound track to one of the ole Billy Jack flicks, like the part where he smokes the Indian peace pipe and dances with the snake....

Excellent song. Love the trippy vox & chord progression. This is aching for a saucy bassline & drums however that would turn this wonderful composition into something else.( I've never heard any other versions of this so you may already have done that at some point). I love what you've done here.

Actually, yes we have, and we will put bass & drums to this
eventually BM!  It is so difficult to get us all together to do
a live drums recording. We are in the process of 'tracking' this
and some other songs....But the drums always pose a big
problem. We still aren't too sure how to do it, because if we
play back the MBR through an amp to get it up to 'drum level',
then it also records the MBR playback along with the drums!
And, then if we put headphones on our drummer, he can't hear
the music when he pounds on his drums....So, we are a little
stuck right now!
