I love it Geir.  Thats a great PM bass line going on.  You are going to be responsible for starting up the rumour again that "Paul is dead".  This one was sone with care and love that much is sure.

Great version of the songs, you did a great job putting both together, first i thought you would cover the Blackbird/Yesterday version form the LOVE album, but you made your own version! great vocals too!

The bass is actually just following the guitar bassnotes that PM play, I'm just pumping it up a bit :D And the harmony-guitars are just following the guitar too ...  ::)

Wow totally weird amalgamation of Urself and The Devine Comedy ??? And Paul MacCartney of course. This is disorientating. Ur playing all the right notes, but not necessarily on the the right instruments! (U'v broken the chords down to their bare knuckles). Above all of that, the vox make it for me... Most important instrument in the band. Fine cover mate. Love it !

Hey Geir, this is awesome!  I'm inspired!!!  I can kinda sing "yesterday" so I got out my telecaster and "Beatles for easy guitar" book and ripped me out a little plugged version myself.  Look for my post shortly!!!

Great version here Geir. I love what you have done with the vox - very nice stereo recording and effect, they sound great. The bass sound is also very good, it cuts through nicely against the guitars. And what a great idea! Really enjoyed the combination of songs, very cleverly done.

Cheers,

Nigel
