I hate to say it but the title of the song kinda scared me off from listening to this for a while.  I was afraid that it would be some self-indulgent downer of a song.  What the hell was I thinking, this is a Launched song.  I love this song.  Great acoustic playing, fantastic lyrics.  Your voice sounds really good.  This is certified Launched gold.  I am so glad I got the courage up to finally give this a listen.  Great, funny, sad, REAL, songwriting going on here Mark.  And as Nigel says "You can't be a loser if you are on this site, surely?"  we are the coolest bunch of dudes we know, on this site, surely?

Thanks for the comments, everybody. I don't really feel like a loser (Maybe at the time I did...), but I was trying to work on my singing/playing last Saturday and couldn't get a song I was working on to come together. And after several not-so-premium adult beverages I got frustrated, put a few chords together.

So I apologize for the title Dave, but I couldn't think of anything else   I know musically it's been a box of chocolates lately and I don't blame you for optimizing your listening time! That is too funny!

Anyway, I was kind of surpised with the results considering that I had pretty much given up for the evening and blasted this out after a couple pre recording practice runs.
