Helena remake

Hi there, just bought a new cheap guitar and wanted to test this. Anyway, I´ve been testing mastering on a DAW and see the final result. Too bad I don´t have a decent sound system. I believe theres too much bass on this one but I can´t make it better without a better speaker system.

I used an Ibanez acoustic, fender strat electric, and Reaper for mixing and mastering.

It may be a cheap guitar, but you have produce a rich sound here.

I think the mix sounds perfect, and don't think there is too much bass on it at all, certainly not hearing it on my speakers.

You have a great voice and combined with some great melodic guitar work makes this a real stand out track.

Really nice mix, sound excellent to me, great poppy tune which is really catchy, have,nt a clue what your lyrics are about but I really enjoyed your tune excellent.

Sounds good. which guitar is the cheap one you bought, the acoustic or electric?

Actually they where both cheap  but the most recent is a fender Strat affinity. really low budget guitar, but she suits my needs for now. Maybe one day i´ll get something better.

XPD - I normally like to listen to a track several times before making a reply, preferably using different speaker/headphone configurations so I feel as though I know the song well enough to give a honest opinion (with criticism if need be).

With this song I've no need to listen even twice (although I did). It is simply beautiful. I wouldn't change a thing. Well done.
