Well... Due to Tharek's request... I re-recorded this as a completely acoustic track. I am not sure if this is what Tharek had in mind, but I think it came out okay I guess. the re-recording itself is better than the original. Mastered it with ACOUSTIC setting, and then mastered it as Unplugged in Magix Music Maker...

All tracks are acoustic...

Original Song here!

CREEPY LITTLE ALICE - ACOUSTIC
[PRELUDE]

[INTRO]

[VERSE 1]
Creepy little Alice
She isn't always there
The voices fill her broken head
No peace she will find here

Blood red smeared upon her lips
just like a ragged doll
And bruises grace her jagged hips
With scars across her jaw

She fakes a pretty smile
But her eyes are filled with pain
She weeps in mournful solitude
While calling out your name

You knew that all you said to her
Had torn her at the seams
Your blood is spread across her face
Her cry becomes a scream

[CHORUS 1]
What happened... to creepy little Alice
she's lost within her twisted head
What happened... to creepy little Alice
Don't know that her soul is dead

[VERSE 2]
And creepy little alice
She doesn't see your face
She's blinded by the memory
of childhood's cruel embrace

She looks into your cold dead eyes
And she begins to cry
release her from the awfulness
Of careless hateful lies

[CHORUS 2]
What happened... to creepy little Alice
lost in her own little world
What happened... to creepy little Alice
the tale of a damaged girl

What happened... to creepy little Alice
she's lost to her fate
What happened... to creepy little Alice
Driven by hate

[BRIDGE]
No need to say your sorry
To late to save her soul
The anger's grown inside her
psychosis uncontrolled

There is no room for love here
And that she cannot see
No matter what she does
She'll never ever be free

[CHORUS 3]
What happened... to creepy little Alice
she's lost within her twisted head
Don't mess... with creepy little Alice
If you do, you'll end up dead

What happened... to creepy little Alice
lost in her own little world
What happened... to creepy little Alice
the tale of a damaged girl

Lovely job but I prefer the rocky version myself (I just love that duuurty guitar sound). Your vox and harmonies are fantastic on tyhis one though. Lovely clear recording as well.

This is an awesome tune! I love everything about it!!!!

going to listen to the electric version now.

Tangled Wires

Have just listened and commented on the other version, and it was fantastic, so was intruiged by this.

This is just too good, although it is often the first version of a song that you end up liking the best, so would say that if I was forced to say which I preferred it would be the rock version.

Notwithstanding, this is truly brilliant, and I could listen to both versions all day.

The beginning reminds me of a Clint Eastwood film with the pocket watch, whatever film that was and the rest a bit like Marilyn Manson.  Anyway I was thinking of doing The Good, bad and the ugly rock version by Ennio Moricone which could be cool, just thinking aloud.  The bottom line is I loved your song and keep it going, it is unique, which is what you need.  Keep it rolling Bro.  Excellent.  Love the lyrics too.  Who the F**k is Alice.
