Satchwood

Hey thank you for the great comments my fellow musicians and songwriters!!

I've been intentionally trying to generate new music using a completely different "out of the box" method, break the mold that i had going, so to speak....

I'm not so sure if i'll keep the tremelo voice affect on this, not quite happy with it.  I probably wont keep the solo intro either, that's what i typically do when i "practice" guitar to limber up....

The intro was stunning Tommy, and loved the arpeggio guitar that followed on as well. Your vocal is very strong here, lots of feeling in your voice, would love to hear to use it more.

You teased us with this and have got us all hanging on for the next part now.

Thanks for listening and commenting!!  It's always a pleasure to read your encouraging comments!

I've started working on part 2 ~ which requires more singing, so that always slows me down lol...

Satchwood-
In my opinion, you always have had an out of the box way of playing!
I really love this song, and the lyrics are beautiful... you really got the dream effect down pat.
I'm so happy that you're not only singing more, but you're writting your lyrics as well... and they are damn good lyrics, and you have a hell of a good voice.

I really can't wait for part 2, I'll be waiting for it!

You really should be on a record label.

Needs about four times the length my man. I was just starting to get into it and it stopped. This has a kind of prelude feel for a much bigger piece of work. The picked guitar parts are wonderful and the vox work very well with them. I like the effect on your vocals that comes in at 1:49, very effective. Not sure about the guitar solo at the start to be perfectly honest unless later parts of the song echo this, it kind of hangs out there on its own. If you have more of this later in the piece I think it will work.

Looking forward to the next 6 minutes of this epic. Really like the vox.

Cheers,
