This is feedback from PC speakers built into a monitor:

The song "carries" very well, and appears that it was set up to be quite crankable. I like that. Great stereo separation and instrument isolation. You were careful not to get too much bass buildup.

As far as the songwriting and instrumentation/vox - Far out and fantastic as usual. You wrote a firecracker here. It really builds well, too. The Hetfield-like vox are very cool.

The ending... Eh. Seems like you could do a punch-in that would make it trail off better.

Overall, 9.5 out of 10 because 100% would be a computer  :D

Could you post the lyrics, please?

Killer song, I love it.

This song definitely has a Metallica meets Ozzy feel for me. I might have to fire this one up on the PA system just to see how far it can stretch. I could break some windows with this..... at my neighbors house.

Wow Dmann this is soo freakin goood!! I`m a huge metallica and megadeth fan and this sounds like hetfield flavoured vocals with Mustaine music. This definitely a keeper. i can`t wait to hear the finished product. I love the song and the mix but not the master too much. What did you do to master?

The Hetfield phrasing is so spot on (to my dilettante ears).

Nice chirps as well.

Cool listen!

Honestly thought this was pretty cool overall... A couple of things kind of stand out to me though...

The chord changes in the beginning (sounds like F# - C - A#? Or chords based off them) They make for a very interesting sound. A bit hard to follow though. The chord doesn't resolve naturally. Now this means nothing if this is your intention. it's definitely unique sounding. ;)

The change at the two minute (approx.) mark is cool. Like big time cool. I wish is would have "blended" better, but given what the song is about, it sound like you might be intending it to be that way. Kinda give it a vibe from "melancholy" to "frustration" which is pretty cool.

And I agree with Mark regarding the ending. It sounds like that last chord does not transition smoothly. I am sure most likely due to it being a demo.

Overall, I think it frickin' kicks ass. Vocals are cool, and I love the change at the 2 minute mark. ;)

Just thought some of those points may be something to think about, or at least be aware of...  In the interest of being helpful ;)

Can't wait to hear it finished ;)

Will be more than interested to hear how this baby turns out... lovin' that off kilter intro, gives it instant spooky fairground vibes.

Hey all thanks for the comments.

  - The ending transition. Yes still needs some smoothing, and honestly the last few measures are just copy and paste for the moment. I'm still skeptical if I should axe that whole last piece unless I can smooth it out better.

 - The Mastering. Well I just listened to it back, and uhmm I'm not sure what happened but it's all garbled. It must of got wrecked when I re-encoded to 128, I'll fix it and re-post.

 - The Chord Progression. I'm actually tuned down a 1/2 step, but the basic progression in the beginning is based off a Gdim7 scale.
As for the transitions into the other pieces... I know what you mean. I just have been lazy to sift through the patterns trying to find the best fit yet, I'll try to fix it up before I repost.

-Updated, I didn't change a thing just re-encoded.
