Another great song rolling off the Songcrafter posts. I've been so busy haven't had a lot of time to look at the new posts now I have i think the standard is going up and up all the time. Songs like this give us all something to aim for. We've all had nights like that but don't think of singing about it. Great one - love it.

Thanks for the fun everybody - Let's get down!!

Quote from: henwrench on April 29, 2010, 02:31:16 AMSuperb vocals, love the wide stereo (how'd you do that?).

I had to backtrack to figure that out. If I have an hour in my part it wasn't a second more. After whipping the words up, T wanted some kind of effect on the vox so I flipped through some guitar patches. I settled on P38:PlxiStrt. To remove the essing shrill, I reduced the Preamp volume and the treble and mids a little. Bass was knocked down to nothing if not even 0.

Then I copied the track, delayed 7ms and panned LR25. Shipped it across the pond to Tharek and he did a little more tweaking. Whatever he did I thought it worked pretty good.

Sounds like some fun being had.....but I'm already missing the distinct Tharek style of your organic acoustic work...having said that, this does groove nicely.

hey this is really great, and i think that there's nothing wrong with making music with the computer, programming is an art too! there you have Trent Reznor (NIN), half of his music is done with computers and is great, you both made a fantastic job with this!

Just so real, when,t out for a small beer with my mate Jimlad, then the beer,s not enough and you need the vodka or as we call it " the brillers" which means spinning round and round, well that,s how you feel after, six beers and six vodkas.
Anyway ,just a great tune with a teriffic groove and magic vox, loved the listen.
