Danse de Berger, Tielman Susato 1551. Arranged for ATTB recorders with tambourine ad libitum.

This was a fun thing to play. I'm trying to alternate between relatively simple pieces (like this one) and more complex stuff featuring syncopation and tricky polyphony. Other stuff on my podcast ( http://eelfighter.podbean.com )

I finally attached set of  'phones to my sound card. That's when I discovered the horrific 60-cycle hum added by the Micro Boss's wall wort power supply.  This tune is noise-cancelled with Audacity to help with that.

You can get a CD-quality  .wav file out of an MBR, which makes working with a song in post a lot better since you don't lose data until the final conversion to your output format.

Very beautiful. It's so alien to these days of compressed pop crap, that it almost sounds otherwordly. Real class!

Another lovely piece, certainly sounding better in terms of the recording quality. Agree with you about the power of these little boxes!

This is beautiful.

I feel a little sad for myself that my frame of reference for this genre comes Monty Python and The Holy Grail.

Quote from: http://www.guntheranderson.com/v/data/bravesir.htmHis head smashed in and his heart cut out
And his liver removed and his bowels unplugged
And his nostrils raped and his bottom burnt off
And his penis...
Well that's enough music for now, lads...

I really enjoyed that Lemgadi - as I have all of your other posts.  If I could dare to make a suggestion about a type of music about which I know very little - I would have preferred the tambourine to be a little less prominent.

But I nit-pick.

Please post more.
