This one is personal. About how my wife got sick and almost died, but recovered, then we had a baby girl and life became meaningful. This is the second full song I've written. 4 chords, 4 tracks.

A lovely melody, great emotional lyrics and really great performance. I remember you said you've just played guitar for a couple of years, but this sounds really great. Your playing is really tight, but still "relaxed", sounds like you've been playing for many years!!

The simple arrangement suits this song well and recording/production is great. Love that little guitarbreak, really well done.

Thanks everyone for the complements!  Below I have experimented with adding stereo piano and bass tracks using a cheapo Yamaha keyboard (+2 MBR "bounces").  An experiment because I'm not at all a keyboard player.  Maybe I just muddied it . . . but it was fun to diddle with!

Thanks for the input, you're right.  I've replaced the file in my post right above yours with a remix with both keyboard tracks louder.
