recording guitar w/backing tracks

Hi everyone, I am wondering if this is possible, I downloaded a few backing tracks on the SD card and playing guitar to them, can this be mixed and played back from the unit ?

if you have the backing tracks in mp3 format you can import them into a song.
do the following import mp3 to mp3 folder.
open new song.
press utility
press track 2 trk
press right cursor
select track 1 imp
use the value button to select the mp3 track you want to import
press track 4 next to import the track
use value + button to select track or tracks you want to import to
if its a stereo track select tr12 v1 using the value + button
 then select tim
then select next and track will be imported to vi tracks 1 and 2.
exit then pan tracks 1 and 2 full left and right and you have tracks 3 and 4 to add to.
