I love it Satchwood! Everytime I listen to a new song from you, I am amazed with your ability and insane talent again, and again!
So much emotion, I can't wait for some lyrics!

Some stellar playing.  Really like the cleaner tones (I think the Robert Plant guitarist referenced was Doug Boyle who played on tunes like "Ship of Fools").

I, too, am looking forward to part II.

Keep them coming.

Thank you for the comments and for listening a couple times Blooby, PJD1, Maverick, and TJ!!  I do appreciate your remarks and encouragement to proceed with this little project.  My problem is i usually have to play my new stuff for hours or weeks to sort out the basic arrangement and chord progressions.  I will look into seeing if lyrics can be added to this song as it stands...hmm..

As far as the guitarist for Robert Plant after the Led Zepplin years...

I did a little homework and...  I'm really familiar with a song called "The Log" or a better name "My Love is in League with the Freeway" off Plant's "The Principle of Moments" album... with Robbie Blunt on guitar and Phil Collins on drums!

I always kind of liked the guitar playing on that song...  I can see similarities to some of my clean playing in the minor chords.  Maybe that was what Mark was thinking?

That is rock instrumental operatic!  I'm visualizing the guitar bursting into flames at the end due to the rising intensity of the playing!  Super Talent!
