This portrays all the life, love, pain that is in those mesmerizing eyes.  Its like watching a persons whole life.  It is one of the most melodic pieces you have done.  Very good.

There have been a lot of demands on me recently and I haven't had a chance (very regretfully) to visit this site.  I got one of those "miss you" emails so I thought I would take a moment to log on, listen to one song and comment.  I'm always blown away by your stuff so when I saw you had a new one posted it was the one I chose. Wow, I'm glad I did. This is fantastic.

The musical story telling is spot on with the emotion the photo evokes. I love the way you've layered the ethnicity. Feels kind of Latin to me at the beginning, and then a mind blowing lead takes it to a whole new level.  The lead is great, but the backer parts are very cool, too.

One of the things I really admire about you as a lead player is the way you unleash raw emotion in your playing. It's as much about letting your soul scream as it is about modes and intervals, and yet it's never out of control.

So glad I heard this. I'm hoping I can become a more active listener and contributor to this site again in a month or so when some of the hurdles are behind me. There is so much talent and so little time to enjoy it all.

Come on, you know you want to go there...

Guitars come to life in your hands in a very special way. Rather than just indulging in your great technical skills to shred like crazy, you always give us measured, emotional and beautifully chosen notes that carry the listener deep into the story you're trying to portray. This builds so well. So beautifully done that it seemed a little short. Maybe that's what part 2 is for though.

Brilliant.

WOW !

Outstanding composition, I can't wait to hear the vocals added to this. I love how the song builds and builds. Starts out very serene, beginning sounds a lot like dire straits. When the screaming guitars come in the song just explodes ( in a good way), amazing lead guitar runs on the end part. Class A work on the production, this one really made my day. Thanks

Okay to cover...not sure why you'd want to though...

Hi, I used to subscribe to the National Geographic and remember this picture vividly, beware, it will haunt you all for a while and so my friend does the music. For once I haven't broken it down into component parts but just enjoyed a lovely instrumental. Willie
