Hello everybody
my micro br is getting old and the phones/line out jack doesn't work very well. I keep twisting the line to hear something... and it's the same thing with other earphones.
As anybody been face to the same problem? Anybody knows if the female jack can be changed?

By the way, tell me what you think of my recordings:

Can you solder? If you have no experience then don't touch, I should imagine that the jack socket is mounted to the board and it is real easy to damage that! Any TV/amp/electronic repair guy  should have no problem replacing it tho, try the local guitar shop first as they will probably be more helpful. Hopefully it is a standard part so easy to get hold of. Seems to be 5 screws on the back of the MBR which, once removed, should give access. Not taking mine apart to see tho!!!  ;)

well I was thinking about learning to solder on somebody else's MBR... Guess you are right I'll bring it to the guitar shop tomorrow. The problem is that place is full of temptations my whife never agrees  buying.
Thanks to both of you for answering so quickly, I'll let you know the end of the story.

hello all
I just wanted to tell you the end of the story. A computer guy changed the broken jack, and it works just like the first day. Hope no one of you will face the same problem, but it is passible to change that jack. But please don't ask how much the guy charged for the job...
