This is a song I have written this week on the keyboard and Boss Br1180. As I have no CD for it and can not get one, I went straight into the BR micro from there to mix it. Programmed in all the backing, did the initial vocal and was going to add loads of harmonies, but played it back and thought it sounded fine like this. My manager (the wife) agreed so I had better not touch it now, she must be obeyed.

Nelson

Wow, Great song Geoff.
Your Manager is correct, this sounds great the way it is. your vocals along with the lyrics are very expressive. I can feel the pain in your voice. Wonderful piano work as well.
A real stunner, my friend. Keep up the good work.

Excellent job j.g.!

I had to check a few times are you the same j.g. who sang on our punkfest collab!

This song is just an awesome man/voice/piano tune. Your voice is perfect on this and melody/lyrics are beautiful. Real fine job!

Thanks for that Mr Redler. It is me using another of my different voices. I have written songs with others and on my own, and for some reason I use a change of voice on some. One came out like Elvis, another like Clapton, and others. Just the way it is, I love doing all different genres of music. It is to be enjoyed after all. Glad you liked this one.
Hope to do some more, but really busy at the moment.
Trying to relax this afternoon and have a look at some new songs on here. There is some real top quality music and musicians - don't know where to look first. Like a lovely little honey pot for me.

Bluesberry

This song is like a lovely little honey pot.  It is very sweet without being over the top, I think the harmonies would have pushed this over the edge.  As it is it is excellent.

Alternate Tunings: CAUTION: your fingers have to be in different places

I too like all different styles of music, but unfortunately for me,
My vox is like crap in all styles....LOL
You, sir, have a wonderful melodious vox!
I have enjoyed all of your presentations thus far,
and am anxiously awaiting any further!
