I think punk is an attitude, if you apply it to any music, that makes it punk.
great song by the way! I cant wait to hear it with bass and drums.
this kinda reminds of a band called "prodigy" loved that band

Krasi

I love it. Dont think its punk but has that atmosphere and I think it sounds just right. No need for bass or a guitar. Vocals remind me of Jim Morrison also. Fantastic track.

Jim!! Intense sound, love it.

Every time I think "That guy ought to sit back and reflect a little", you give us a great dose of ear candy.

Keep it up, man! 'Cause every day above ground is a good day!

You rule, bro!

This doesn't really sound like it qualifies for 'punk' to me either....
It does however qualify for Cool!
I love all the new stuff you are doing with your new Juno!

Good one Jim... I just love your versatility. I know you go through these songs pretty quick but I would love to hear this one grow. This song has real power just below its surface. I don't know what they call it,... Dance ,  House  or Trance music but I hear something there.
For instance:
If you move the 1st verse back 4 measures and start it on measure 9... Then when you get to the chorus, "Boom Boom"  You start a kick ass driving bass kick, so they not only hear you say it but they feel...  the Boom...Boom... Boom... Boom!!!
Just a thought buddy. I can almost hear the beginnings of a kick ass tune.
Experimental mixed with Trance, mixed with David Bowie... and your vocals are dead on for this song.
I'm looking forward to hearing it.
You're like a Chameleon... You can do it all.
I love to hear the versatility in your work.
Always a pleasant surprise.

Good song Jim.  I didn't find it very punky - but that's no bad thing in my opinion.  I was never really an admirer of the genre - (he says, trying to be diplomatic).

But this I like.  Lots.
