Owen,

Most music I hear on Songcrafters is guitar based rock or pop.  Thanks for the variation.  I loved your fugue.  I really liked how you added layers over the basic theme.  Well done.  It would be interesting to see of some of the lyrics posted on the site could be set to music such as this.  Possibly another interesting contrast to what we are used to hearing.

Great fun!
I have been a fan of Bach's fugues for some 30 years now.
So nice to hear present day fugues!
Bravo.

There - I told you I would listen to more!  Having looked at your web site I guess the answer to my question on your other post is - yes you do score the piece first.  As a reasonably average but totally self-taught player I can barely read the dots - something that I have always regretted.

So this is beyond yearning, after the dark night has passed, is that how it fits.  Laying there coming out of the dream, the dusk light starting to come, thinking about all the things that make this life worth living.  I feel like it is time to leave the dream, embrace the day, get on with life, throw open the windows and doors, let the day begin.  Breath deep.  Plan a trip to the forest.  Its all good again.  I really like this piece.
