Thanks, Kari. I'm on the same quest as you regarding acoustic recordings/vocals. It's tough to get the right mix with one microphone, but I'm getting better with practice.

The chords: My acoustic is usually detuned to C#. Then I play normal open chord shapes (I'll get them to you in a little bit here - Just have to remember!). The cool thing about this tuning is that you can put a capo on the 3rd fret when you want standard tuning (Which I haven't tried because I don't have a capo, but from what I've read it works out very well).

Excellent lyrics Mark, I like the way they twist at the end. Good moody chords that suit the somewhat dark nature of the song. I think this is a very strong song and I like it a lot.
