I think it's a browser setting, though I'm not sure which one. Or maybe browser compatibility. I tried a couple of different browsers and was able to play the song with our player on one browser and download it on another. I probably would have been able to play it on that browser too but I don't have Flash installed for it.

It's not working for me in Firefox 26 though. It doesn't play in our player and I can't download it. Not sure why.
