That comes from one of the best 'bad' movies ever, 'Rat Pfink a Boo Boo', a low-budget wonder from the Sixties directed by Ray Dennis Steckler. If possible, he's likely at par or a notch below Ed Wood, film-wise - but I still like his movies.

Oddly enough, Rat Pfink was a popstar in his day job, and super-hero when necessary. Hope that motorcycle stunt was shot at low film speed...looks kinda scary at this budget level!
