I knew the title would get your attention but it's not what your thinking.  :D

I wrote this song  from the perspective of a sports car. I am not happy with this version but I have been working on it on and off for 4 days so it is time to move on to new things. I  really like the music a kind of Revolver era Beatles thing but I could not come up with another musical part to this song I  tried several things but nothing seemed to work so I am posting this as it is although it's not good and I will keep working on it. Any comments are welcomed and appreciated.

SHE LIKE TO RIDE ME

I always wait for her, but what can I say?
She likes to take me out on sunny days,
She just hops right in and slams my door,
She cruises right by with her foot to the floor,

      (Chorus)
She like to ride me, All over town,
She like to ride me, With my top down,

Her hair flies in the wind and she smiles,
She rides me hard for a hundred miles,
I just love how she makes me feel,
Gets my motor running and makes me squeal,

    (Chorus)

When shes done and I can't take no more,
She eases up before I get sore,
She lets me cool down after a while,
She leaves me sitting here with a smile,

     (Chorus)

I'm getting a mini Beatles fest here as I just listened to Greeny's very Revolver-ish track as well. I like where you are going with this, if you are struggling to add something I'd suggest just doubling up the rhythm guitars with a slightly different sound and slightly different part (perhaps different inversions or more picked than strummed) to create more of that Beatles-y sound. The bass moves the song along nicely, it doesn't need too much more IMO.

I'd suggest you spread things wider in the mix as well - check out what Greeny does with his rhythm guitars panned pretty hard left and right. That creates a nice spacey, chorusy feel.

Cheers,

This one flies right along! I agree with Nigel - I like where you are going with this, and that the triteness of the song is quite appealing.

Killer tune!

Very cool! Love the double entendre throughout the lyrics. It does capture that early Beatles feel. Nice work.
There are only three kinds of drummers. Those who can count, and those who can't.

Me three.  Figuring out the guitars is the key to making this groove work.

I've been in a similar predicament before, and found that if I simplify the guitar down to the bare minimum it starts to work--letting the bass carry the song. (See Three Days of the Condor.)

Very catchy tune DJ.

Love the lyrics. You've got a great drum beat and bass line going on. I think the guitars need to come up a bit (I'm a guitarist - what else am I gonna say?)
and the vox as well.

Other than that - very good song man. Ends too soon though.
It ain't pretty being easy.

My gut feeling when I first listened was that the song was very tight and needed to spread out a bit. I then read Nigel's comment and actually felt like I'm learning!

This is a catchy tune, and I'd love to hear the remix after incorporating the tips. It's most definitely a foot tapper.

Congrats DJ!, I like this one and the potential for this one to have a little electric/acoustic solo on right at the end or in-between the chorus would be awesome!!!!

sounds great man, nothing wrong with this at all. I've found when you get on a stick where adding nothing works.... modulating the root key can add some flavor and change it up.

Oh yea, I'm diggin' this....
