Holy shite Tony.  What a flipping tone, that cuts right through me. It almost knocked me off my chair,  I am so much loving this.  Fantastic in every sustained note.  Its heavenly.

Another guitar? Surely you have enough already....... :D

This one nearly sliced my speakers in half the tone is so sharp. Beautiful playing as always, great use of the sustain this baby has. Are you sure you weren't looping it on that massive sustained note?

Cheers,

Nigel

It certainly does.  Even Gary Moore didn't always get the feedback note.  What is the guitar by the way?  Presumably you miced up a real amp to get the drive?

Nicely played.

The guitar is a Jackson DK2 Sustainiac. plugged direct into the MBR and used the smootheld patch. The seymore Duncan sustainer pick-up is powered by a 9volt battery and will sustain till the battery runs out.

Very cool guitar TJ ~ i see where they get the name for the guitar ~ wow!!

Your playing is very melodic and expertly played as well as your great use of the new technology!!

So how do you actually access the sustain?  Do you flip over to the sustain pup whenever you want to access that amazing sustain?

thanks Tommy. the guitar works like this. sustainer off. bridge humbucker single coil mid
single coil neck. sustainer on just the neck pick up. then there is a switch for normal sustain.
harmonic sustain or both.
