I wanna learn text on Gimp now. Looks hard...I wanted to do Iron Blooby... lol

Text is a bit tricky if you're trying to duplicate an existing font. I usually copy individual letters as graphics and move them into the desired order. When the needed letters don't exist, I take a similar letter and modify it to suit. For example, the 'B' in my Houses of the Blooby cover was made by copying a 'P' and part of a 'D', then resizing them and pasting them together, followed by a bit of final touch-up.
