Hey Everyone,

This is a song i actually wrote 15 years ago but only changed it a little. I did everything except the bass which was my friend Brian. I wanted to post another song first, but it didn`t end up that way. So hopefully i`ll have that in a week or two on here. I`ve been playing guitar for going on 24 years now but never did mixing and producing. I have a ton of influences but stopped playing everyone else. I hope i consider myself to be original in everyones eyes but hell if not, what can you do...lol If not for this amazing site i would have never dreamed of doing what i`m doing here now. Okay honestly, yes i did dream. We all do. Anyways i hope you enjoy and i want you all to be honest in telling me what you think so i`ll know for the next tunes i do.

Sweet metallic riffs there, gnasty - I agree with orh, you style takes me back to Bill Nelson in his Be Bop Deluxe days - very melodic, with great tone and fluidity.

Very clever, I like the little counterpoint lines on the RH of the mix. Your guitar playing skills are very evident, great lead and rhythm work but you should also be proud of the production. Everything is well recorded and balanced and sounds great. It really shows your playing off very well and I look forward to hearing more.

Even if you set aside the fantastic playing, I think you did a great job on the production. And it is well written, too!

Well done regarding the levels, panning and guitar tone/eq. Whether it was intentional or not, you managed to get all the unnecessary deep bass out of your guitar tracks, which gave yourself loads of headroom and allowed the bass guitar to shine through.

I can't even say "this was great for your first post", as it was great period. I'm extremely impressed with what you've accomplished here, and maybe a little envious, too!
