Sandy, great post. The vocals are so well done. I'm not familiar with the original either, and really don't care to be. This was very well done, and I fear the original will disappoint now.

Thanks for all the positive feedback eveyone...I really needed to sing this one yesterday. It was very therapeutic. Glad to have gotten a decent recording of electric guitar and vox at the same time.

Thanks for this Dave! Two of my favourite celebrities! Daniel and Narduar - complete originals and very sweet men...what a great interview. So nice of Narduar to bring the loot. Daniel was genuinely surprised and appreciative...you can see the respect both ways. I saw his concert that night...a very memorable show.

You pulled that one out of a dark corner. I have a version by Jeff Tweedy.
Gottago

Gritter, I hope you and/or any others didn't take offense to my above comment. I was speaking of my take on how Tweedy presented his version of that song. I always interpreted it as Tweedy's view on finality and futility of which he has many.

If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much space.

Beautiful. I love the simplicity and raw emotion - it works so well. This was a nice unheard suprise for me, so great bump.
