Thanks for listening.

Sandy.

Beautiful cover, Sandy - very heartfelt delivery. I don't know the original, although I have heard some of Daniel Johnston's stuff before. Isn't it amazing how a fresh perspective on everyday life can enhance our lives?

cheers,
cuth

Very nice job Sandy. Don't know Daniel Johnston at all but this is a great version of a good song.  Excellent vox, the emotion comes across very well.

Cheers,

Man-0-man, you're killing me here Sandy.  This was flipping intesne.  I like how your voice is so very expressive and melodic here, thats the way to do it.  Since you and Jim introduced me to Daniel Johnston I have been listening to a lot of his stuff.  Its like striking gold, holy shite man.  One thing I notice that he does is the music is dead simple, just 2 chords going back and forth in some cases.  But his voice provides all the melody, there is so much flipping melody to that mans vocals.  You captured that feeling here perfectly.  It would have been so easy to have sung this a little more in a straight line, but you followed the invisible melody line.  Thats a great cover.  This song is haunting me lately, and now this, another apparition.  Very tender, heartfelt, melodious, soul-lifting stuff Sandy.  I am oficially addicted to Daniel Johnstons music thanks to you and Jim.
