Anybody for a vocal stab?

We recorded a song for a charity a couple weeks ago, and I plopped it here.  The powers that be wanted an instrumental version, so I thought I'd post it here to see if anybody wanted to have a go at a lyric and vocal.  

I would rather the lyrics be about whatever you wish.

Unfortunately, I removed the egregious organ screech.  It would have been fun to see if anybody incorporated that into their lyrics.  I'm not sure the "prostate cancer" part could be outdone, though.

you know i cant resist a challenge blooby.

its way past my bedtime, but i gotta think of some minor ailments to sing about gonna have to be tomorrow as everyone except me is in bed. tune on my mbr sd card, so if we are still here tomorrow maybe a minor ailment song for you like you say not sure prostrate cancer can be outdone, however my piles are quite itchy tonight.
