Rick thanks....  As far as tone for the guitar... I don't know the specifics he plays out of a Mesa Boogie Amp with a half stack... not sure of the make model or any particulars. But it does add a very dynamic element to our sound. I try to stick to what I know drums. I can find out if you are really interested. Lemme know.

Nice job and a fun cover. The first song I ever played on drums in a band when I was 14!

Any help is always appreciated. Yes... we are looking for some stuff to post on our myspace. This has been a trial an error adventure for me. I still consider myself new to recording been trying different things for the last 2 years or so. Let me know how you would like to send the files. All of my live recordings are done with the MBR recorded on either a stereo or mono track.

Thanks Swansong

I was strutting around the room to this like a fat old (actually slightly younger) Jagger when the daughter wandered in.  I think she now realises that her old man has lost his marbles.

Great stuff, and sounds pretty good considering it was a live gig.

Bump for StonesFest.

Great performance. Unfortunately, the guitars didn't come through the mix very well, and the bass might be a touch too loud (though Ferryman might disagree :)). The vocals are great. Who did them?

64 the lead Vox were done by the bass player who is actually a SC member DaveO I played the drums and did B/U vox. He stops in every once in a while to comment. I've been trying to get him to join in on some collabs, but he's a pretty busy guy. We haven't played together in over a year now... it was definately the best 3 piece I've ever worked with... and Dave is a helluva bass player too!!!

As far as the recording... it was done outside... the wind was blowing pretty hard so I had to set the recorder against a fence that was about 300 ft away from the mains... I couldn't get the recorder up high enough in the air to get away from all of the low end...

 Thanks for the bump.
