this is a jam from one of our band prackys. i just put mbr in the corner of room and used built-in mike. kit is a bit prominant but i like it. but then i am biased !

the samples are on vinyl played live on the decks.
i think i shall try the mbr with a good studio mike next time and see what it can do. quite a surprising little bit of kit.

Great fun this jam...
Too bad the sound quality is not there.
Maybe a different microphone might help?
I am still experimenting with recording my bands practices, etc.
So far our best sound is when we come out of the soundboard
and into the MBR.
