Cool, Mark...at first it reminded me a bit of something from Pete Townshend's 'Scoop' (a release of his early home recordings).

Thanks guys. Obviously, not a lot invested in this one, but it seemed to click! I had a lot of fun just hitting the record button and playing.

How the hell do you get such a thick sound on that acoustic? Nice!

I have the MBR onboard mic level with the sound hole of a typical dreadnaught guitar placed flat on a table, and I used the AgLoCut patch with compression and noise reduction on. Sensitivity at 0 and input at 100. I sang over the guitar neck about 18" away. Then a mechanical doubletrack with .7ms of offset panned LR25. Mastered with the default POP setting. And I am happy with the guitar - I hope I'm able to reproduce it with other "better" songs.

Love that guitar Mark, it has a real hook. I could imagine this song being developed into a more full blown sound with drums etc, but that said, its pretty damn cool as it is!!
