Wouldn't the banning of boob pictures be censorship too? And wouldn't other types of images also be a problem if you get caught viewing them at work? I mean, if your boss walks by while you're drooling over guitar porn or a picture of the latest multitrack recorder, isn't he/she going to ask you why you're not working instead? So, instead of banning boob pictures, I'd suggest disabling the loading of images in your web browser while at work. It's easy to do. For example, in Firefox, select the Content tab in Preferences and uncheck "Load images automatically". Other browsers will have a similar option.

Guitars are ok as are pics of BMRs - in fact I suggested the big boss here buy an MBR which he did.

See there is a difference between noodity and pics of guitars (unless the person holding the guitar is nood).  So I don't need to stop uploading of pics generally (and couldn't in my browser settings because I need to see things like graphs and stuff).  There is just a line and I think most people will know when that line is crossed.
