I believe you will find the MICRO BR to be an extremely useful tool in many ways. Its got a 1/4 guitar input, so it will take in whatever line of gear you've got going - and not just guitar. You may actually find the on-board effects so good, you won't need your footpedals.

To me, the drum patches are probably the least remarkable thing about it. They sound ok, but just ok, and you can't edit them. There's lots of them though, so you string them together in what's known as a RHYTHM ARRANGEMENT. Listen to some postings on this site to get a feel of how they sound.

Go ahead and get it - you won't be disappointed, (unless you don't want to work at it). I'm a guitar teacher, and I encourage all of my students to get one. They can record the lessons and play along with "me" all week long, they can work at writing their own stuff, they can bring into it their favorite songs to play along with, etc.

Ok thats cool, but Iam sorry to sound like an idoit but where is the guitar out technically I need to link them all right or is the amp out.Or do I mic it or something like that?? ???

Well, technically, its a guitar in. 1/4 inch input on right side of the unit. The same size hole thats on the front of your amp, etc. Just use your regular guitar cable.

Quotedoes this bad boy just connect like a chain with the rest of them and I directly record into the Micro BR?

Yes.

patterns are pretty good-a lot good examples on this forum
you can use the built in mic to rec your signal chain, if you a line out from your effects you can use the line in on the mbr(stompboxes dont generally dont have tho. Or you could use some of those stomps in front of the mbr's guitar input-using the amp models
lots of possibilities with this little gizmo

No, you are not "out of luck." All you need is a guitar and a cable. If you've got those, you can do a lot. I don't use any external stompboxes, preamps, amp outs, microphones, or effect modules whatsoever. One time I had to program a drum pattern outside of the MICRO BR.

Check out my posts, and other posts on this forum to familiarize yourself with the potential of this unit.
