What a cool idea for a song and then well put together.  It's got all those punchy bass and guitar parts going on... FWIW, I think it would make it even better with some kind of 'pad' going on in the background, to tie it together. Like a simple organ or synth part.
But I'm always amazed the way you continue create these little gems.. out of the air.

You're right! I'd love the swirl and swell of a hammond organ on a lot of my songs. Not a digital model of one... a real one. That's the sound in my head, but it doesn't look likely that I'll get it. I can hear the same chug-a-chuga hammond on this that was on Deep Purple's 'Hush'.

Got some blues tracks for me then?! ALWAYS happy to sing some blues - especially for you and Bluesberry. We've all got a special kind of mojo when it comes to blues collabs.

Talking of blues, my new Danelectro is a real blues machine. I wasn't expecting it to have that kind of tone, but it's got a real dirty blues edge. A little like Jack White's guitar sound.

As for posting a couple a week, I'm having to restrain myself. I did 4 albums-worth of new material when I was off work!
