Problems with BR to WAV converter

Hey guys glad i found a site for the br! anyways i cant get the WAV converter to recognize my br when i connect it to the computer. In the drop down menu where it says drive it doesn't have the corresponding letter that refers to what drive the BR is recognized as in my case F:\ any help would be appreciative

Hi there. 

That's strange. Is the Micro BR being correctly recognized? Can you open the F: drive and upload your Micro BR files normally? Try to connect to a different USB port.
If you have a Camera or a MP3 player or another removable drive, remove it and then reconnect Micro BR. See if any of this works.

You have to connect your Micro BR to your computer before you open the wave converter program. It only checks for the BR when it starts up. If it's already open before you connect the BR, the BR drive won't be in the drive list. So you have to close the BR Wave Converter program then re-open it to give it a chance to detect the BR.
