Keyboard, Lead and Rythum Guitar -to- CD

  I must have some confusion with copying to disk.  So far..I have have sucessfully recorded my keyboard once to disk using track 1 and 2 since stereo.  I believe that I'm confused with the Micro BR  language and mp3 and mastering.  Is there an easy step by step process to record the keyboard 1&2 rythum on 3 and lead on 4? and then put on a CD to play in the car in either wav or mp3 format.  I'm somewhat buried and confused.
