Let Me Go...

First of all: this is a great song, and very well performed. Sure, adding a solo seems to be quite obvious, but the song is powerful enough by itself and can do without a solo. Maybe it's even stronger without it. I like it very much.

Thanks.  I was auditioning for a lead solo but it was decided to wrap it as it was.  We didn't even use my audition.  There were leads that were better than mine, too.

Yes, I did a semi-acoustic version.  My original concept was a simple acoustic guitar and vocals.  The tune went a slightly different direction.

You know, I've listened to guys like you, Oscillo, Henwrench, Satch, etc.... and I know that you guys put out some really quality stuff.  I'm just hoping that this one will appeal to a country audience.  I've listened to country music and sometimes I think they'll listen to anything.    :D
