Quote from: tonyblue on February 04, 2010, 01:40:19 PMHi 64 guitars,
When I got the Boss, there was a loose sheet of paper with it that had all the FX that you could use when recording Vox, I have misplaced this sheet, so I have no idea what the FX I am useing contain.

As far as I know, the only effects sheet that comes with the Micro BR is this one. But it only lists the effects - it doesn't tell you what they do.

A more useful document is this one which I created for users of other BR-series recorders who might want to try some of the Micro BR's patch settings:

https://songcrafters.org/64guitars/BR/Docs/Micro_BR_Preset_Effect_Patches.pdf

It's 23 pages long but if you're only interested in the vocal patches, you can just print pages 18 to 21. It lists all of the settings for each patch.

Of course, you can also find out what a patch does my simply scrolling through the patch settings on your Micro BR.

Thank you kindly young sir.
Could I ask what FX and setting you start with.

Very cool patch list 64guitars, I am very impressed.

One last question, I have never found the vocal patches, how do I find them.

Thank you very much, you have been a great help.

Great stuff.  Real nice tight driving rhythm there, singing is great.

Alternate Tunings: CAUTION: your fingers have to be in different places

There are two ways:

  • If the guitar input is selected (or line or ext), press the cursor left button until the cursor is on "GT" (or "LN" or "EX"). Use the -/+ VALUE buttons to change "GT" to "MC". Cursor right to patch number and use the -/+ buttons to select the desired patch.
  • If the Mic input is selected, the "MC" patch bank will be selected by default. Just use the -/+ VALUE buttons to select the desired patch.
