Hi everyone,
This is my own version of a song which Henwrench wrote and posted in originals. I also came across the lyrics in the lyrics section and started messing around with some different chords. This is the result!
It lacks the original pirateness of Henwrench's original but does go to show how the same words can fit into so many different styles.
This is not a polished version of the song, more an experiment with the chords and lyrics. I'm afraid I had to tweak the words a bit to fit the style of the song and had to miss some sections out.
Hope you guys enjoy it!
Thanks,

By the way, Henwrench, if you're reading this, I hope you don't mind what I've done here, and congrats on some really great lyrics!

Regardess, it sounds cool to me.
It ain't pretty being easy.

Cool take on Henwrench's tune/lyrics!!  Completely different vibe than Hen's original - but fun to listen to just as well!

I'm bumping this for banny....
it kinda got looked over 'cos of the 'Unplugged Fest' and as the boy is our youngest member, I think he deserves the bump. I think he's done a great job, totally re-interperated my shit into a song of greater value....well done banny!!

nice bump...I real cool version...in a totally different direction...love the guitar solo!

Good bump. Banny, your vox are sounding great and the chord prgression is good. I'd give the bass a bit more welly in the mix, but I like the bass right up front. I'd suggest just doubling the rhythm guitar up and panning them hard left and right to give a bit more space in the mix for the bass. Just playing the same thing twice will really beef up the track. This is sounding great as it is though, well done indeed.

Cheers,

Nigel
