ok this is another cover of a cover. i was thinking of robert wyatt's version of the peter gabriel song biko when i did this.
as i said naked, i was fully clothed but musically i was naked. after all the bouncing for wanted man i decided to  just play and sing.
so i hit record, plonked on my daughters £10 ikea kids guitar and sang ma wee heart out.

recorded live in one take (this was take 8 tho, every time i hit the record button the gremlins would get me) via the onboard mike to two tracks and using guitar effect 22 st steel to give a stereo effect.
just one voice and one guitar the st steel uses a tap delay effect which throws the voice all over the place but its just one voice.

Lovely job Jim. I lived through this whole era and this song was a very big thing at the time. You did it justice.

The quality of instruments are not important when you've got the 'eye' (or ear) and heart to make a cover! I like this very much!
