This project/song is basically the same riff over and over again. Instruments are added as it progresses, but it still needs something, I think. I'm okay with it, as is, as a soundtrack kinda thing, but I thought it would be fun to post it here and see what becomes of it.

There is no bass, and I can imagine a creepy electric fiddle part in there somewhere. Chances are, someone will have an idea I hadn't considered.

This has a really cool Bon Jovi groove to it. It would make a great sound track for a modern western. I'm excited to see if anyone tackles it.

Grabs you from the off and sounds great - would be excellent film soundtrack material. Needs just a bit more as you say, but it's pretty darn good as it is.

Cheers,

I really like this piece.
I never done a collaboration but this is right up my alley. I downloaded it and I'll listen to it a few time to see if it really wants to tell me anything.  lol

Just Love This, I'm sorry it's taken so long to get here. What guitar did you use? Willie

The lead line is played on a GoldTone resonator, (the one I'm holing in my avatar picture). There is also a flat top acoustic, and a mandolin, (playing the chops).

This song has progressed considerably since I posted it here back in January.

Thanks for the info FJ. Have you posted an updated version that I've missed? If not are you going to. Willie
