Background.
I liked the chords from a backer so I made my own backer with a reggae feel.
Then I found an old song I liked the lyrics but not the rest and changed them to fit.
The lyrics were written 4 yrs ago when my mom passed at 92. I just wanted to get on my motorcycle and keep on riding.

Wow...what a great song..stunning melody all the way through and really love the chords you have used here. Wonderful heartfelt lyrics, delivered brilliantly.

This could well be my favourite track of yours Glenn!!

Really great song here Glen.  You are becoming a pro at handling all the layers of sound, it really gels nicely.  Real nice vocals, bluesy and deep.  Man, I'm with andrew, damn fine song.  It has an Eric Clapton vibe again to my ears.  Your soulful bluesy voice I guess, and the great bluesy guitar.  Lovely song.

Glen....

I have said it Before.....

You Have the Vibe and sound of Clapton.......

With the sensitivity, soul and Imaginatin of Cat stevens.......

This is such a soothing song.

Soothing in the sense that I'm hearing a song which says that Someone else goes through the same human expirience that everyone Goes through....

Soothing in the sense that there is that there is a resolve which takes over when this kind of thing happens....

And lastly, Soothing in the sense that the Music is so good it expresses both these things......

I would have your vox higher in this.... It is the spirit of the song bro....And is sooo Good....

Thank you for sharing this...

Peace
