I threw this one together in about 2 hours a long time ago. Thus, the flub in the arpeggio at the beginning. This is one of my dad's favorite songs, and I did this for him as a birthday present.

The first verse is very sparse and it keeps building until the lead solo after the 3rd verse (so hang in there). My dad hates rock music, so he loved the beginning of it and didn't quite know what to think when the solo busted out. Sorry, I couldn't help myself!

Thought it would be fun to share this with y'all. Hope you enjoy it. I had a lot of fun doing it.  As always, constructive criticism is always appreciated.

Hi Rick, great sound this has always been a fav of mine, But  as far as the solo goes I'm afraid Im with your Dad, your playing of the solo is great it just doesnt seem to fit with that song, but thats only my opinion well done.....Alex ;D ;D

Nice cover of this song.  The performance was good.  The only thing I would change is the effects on the vocals - I'd probably reduce the delay time quite a bit on the echo effect so its not as noticeable - but that is really a matter of taste.

All in all good job.

hey nice cover of the old animals song -love your guitar and the build up -the vocals are great -the delay gives a nice nice effect I think -the solo -
(now im kinda old fashioned) so I think its a bit too heavy for the recording -but if you were doing it onstage -it would make the hair on the back of your neck stand up -
overall a great -brill recording

Good cover of a classic rock!!!  I thought it all fit well, would have loved your voice a tad louder, but great job!!  ;)

Thanks everyone for the comments.  This was one of the very first projects I did after I got the br600, and I agree with the suggestions on the vocals and lead guitar - they were a little over the top. I've always loved the chord changes in that song and wanted to play a lead over it. Truthfully, I kind of pushed the limits of taste on purpose and just had fun playing with the br600 to see what it could do. Thanks for listening and the feedback!

What a great song... I love the Animals, great band.
You did a heck of a job doing it.
