Sorry about this! I can't stop messing around with my new Uke book! It's revived my interest in the uke. I've made this tune nice and ridiculous, adding a few things to the tune. I hope it raises a laugh!

THanks for your nice comments, guys. Groundy, my Uke was only about £45. I've seen some for about £300 but compared to a good guitar,. that's peanuts. My Uke is a 'concert' size (slightly bigger than a soprano) but the tenor is better for sols as the fingerboard is wider. I feel like getting one as the tiny frets on the concert are quite tricky to work with.

Tommy, I'll do some more of this, just for you!

Really enjoyed that jackofall. Ukuleles are cool. I've been wanting to get one for a while but I'm self-conscious about playing acoustic instruments where I live because I know that the neighbours can hear me. So I was glad to learn that Eastwood guitars has been showing a prototype of a solidbody electric ukulele.

If they release it at a reasonable price, I think I'll buy one. It would be great for recording.

I really enjoy the songs of Sophie Madeleine, most of which feature the ukulele.
