Great track all round, love the feel. Sounds really good, vocals superb, solo well constructed. The drums are THE hardest thing to figure out so if you need any help, PM me anytime or....have a go at this for practice, something I posted earlier, somewhere else....

programming the micro BR spun me out for ages til I remembered that our far eastern cousins don't recognise 0 as a starting point, it's always 1. As you build your drum track, write it all down. if you want to, for practice, have a go at this, then you should have it cracked....
 Tempo 122
01: 001    314
02: 002    188
03: 010    194
04: 022    182
05: 030    188
06: 088    314
07: 039    194
08: 047    182
09: 055    188
10: 079    314
11: 080    032
12: 092    188
13: 108    327

      I hope this makes sense.

Don't worry you will get the drum thing figured out.  It all takes time,  You are doing very well. Great lyrics and you sing very well!!

The drum programming was the one thing that took me the longest to figure out, but once you grasp it, it becomes almost second nature (good advice from henwrench on this above)

This is a fantastic song Scottie, really like your super smooth vocal and the whole melodic feel of this song is great!

Very good song.  I like the subtle yet effective use of distortion.  The whole thing comes across really well.

Great tune, very catchy. I dig your style, love the vocal.

Have you heard of Mike Coykendall? You share a similar vocal vibe.
