My new song ' Sunset ' - finally!

Well, I finally have my second song up, ' Sunset '.  I recorded this 6 different times - turns out I had a faulty SD card ( Sandisk )!  Oh well... A big big shout out to OldRottenHead and Henwrench for showing me the ropes of multitracking - WAY too much fun!  This is my first song using more than 4 tracks - 12 total ( I think ! ).  Anyway, the song was written for my wife - it deals with overcoming some demons, and personal redemption.  I hope you like it.

Yes - I love it. Bouncing is one of toughest things to deal with for most people. Glad you worked that technical demon out and were able to break through to create some great music!

I hear a bit of effect on the Vox.. is it merely doubled or did you add something to it? I like the space in the guitar on the verse sections. Sounds like you've got the multi-tracking thing going pretty well. Keep up the good work.

Nice job - really upbeat feel to it which, if it's about redemption, is a good thing! You have a very good voice and it's recorded well here, beautifully clear and spot on pitching. Good job with the multitracking, next thing to work on is deleting the drums at the start and finish, the BR drum sound isn't the best on it's own, and it would be more effective IMO if you started with the nice strummed guitars for a couple of chords and then had the drums come in. Also, killing the last couple of beats of the drums at the end would make a more effective ending IMO.

Great job though, let's hear more!
