Recording Voice and guitar at the same time

Is there a way to record voice and guitar at the same time? I would like to use the guitar input and the line-in input on two different tracks. Help

You can put the MBR in simultaneous mode by pressing both guitar and mic at the same time-hit input button first.
check pg 29 of the manual for more details-hope this helps

I tried what you said, but it did not work. What did I do wrong?

My mistake-i thought you were using the built in mic
You can record the with GTR and MIC (built in mic)simultaneously
The Line input uses both inputs because it is stereo,(only 2 trks can be recorded simultaneously)  so i cant be done that way
you could use a mixer and pan hard right and left-but then you're not using the gtr input/effects
What are you using the the Line input for? a mic pre?
